Boots has entered an agreement with Teleperformance that will see its contact centre requirement transfer to the outsourced services provider, along with the transfer of approximately 400 of Boot’s contact centre employees. The move comes as Boots seeks to streamline its customer services as well as to meet demand for support from online customers. Teleperformance employs around 9000 staff in the UK across 24 sites, 13 of which are based within client premises.
