Amazon UK CEO Chris North is moving on to take up a role with Shutterfly a US-based producer and online retailer of personalised products. North had been with Amazon since 2006 and had held the top role at Amazon UK for five years. It is being suggested that Doug Gurr who is currently leading Amazon in China may be returning to the UK to take up the CEO role here.
