Experian has divulged plans to sell off parts of its marketing services division, namely its email marketing platform and targeting services. Experian filed sales of £1.79 billion for the six months to 30th September. A spokesperson confirmed “Our email cross-marketing business has improved considerably in the past 18 months with significant new client wins, resulting in strong revenue growth in the new cross- channel marketing platform. However, we see fewer synergies between email/cross channel marketing than for other parts of our business and so we are commencing a divestment process for the business.”
