3i is seeking offers for lingerie retailer Agent Provocateur. The latter’s chairman Chris Woodhouse stepped down in December making way for 3i’s Ian Lobley. It is not clear whether Fabrizio Malverdi will retain the CEO role at the retailer at which various accounting irregularities are under investigation.
