Flash sales business Secretsales has been acquired by Excalibur Group which owns Wowcher and LivingSocial UK and Ireland. The founders of Secretsales Nish and Sach Kukadia are to continue to run the business which will now benefit from significant investment. A number of directors of the business have already departed including CFO Neil Alexander and chairman Sergio Dias. A further twenty roles are understood to be under review due to reorganisation. Secretsales achieved sales of £29.3 million for the year to 31st December 2015.
