Data8, a data quality management company has acquired Box Data Ltd, a direct marketing agency. The acquisition strengthens Data8’s presence in the financial, utility and medical sectors and Box Data’s former managing director Andrew Wood joins in a business development role. This acquisition forms part of Data8’s plan to grow its business and follows its acquisition of CNM, a provider of data cleansing services in 2015, and the opening of additional offices in Cheltenham.
