John Colley who succeed Catriona Marshall as chief executive of Hobbycraft just eight weeks ago has stepped down after finding that the role was not the right fit for him. Colley had previously held the role of managing director at Majestic Wine’s retail division and had taken up the Hobbycraft role as it would considerably cut his commute and allow him more time with his family.
Hobbycraft is now seeking a replacement, whilst Majestic Wine has yet to announce who it has recruited to fill Colley’s former role.
