Pentland Brands is engaging in talks with a number of its employees with a view to reducing its headcount by 100. The business is also consolidating offices for some of its brands which will see Mitre and Canterbury co-locate in Nottingham with Speedo. The re-organisation is intended to align the business with the needs of its retailer customers who will have a single point of contact across all Pentland brands as well as be able to order their stock requirements online from a new wholesale website.
