Arvato Systems has acquired 100 per cent of the company shares of Vidispine AB, a Stockholm based cloud-based content management solutions provider.
“By acquiring Vidispine, we as Arvato Systems have taken another step towards the digital future,” said Matthias Moeller, CEO of Arvato Systems Group. “Our customers will benefit significantly from the integration of technology, product and expertise from both companies.”
