Holland & Barrett customers can now choose from over 7000 collection locations now that the retailer has agreed terms with CollectPlus. The service provider will confirm customer orders via email or text when parcels are available for collection as well as issue reminders after three days and again after seven days if the customer has failed to pick up parcels. Customers pay £2.99 for orders of up to £20 in value, thereafter the service is free as is the returns service.
