Eddie Stobart enjoyed a significant uplift to its eCommerce sector revenues for the year to 30th November 2017 from its acquisition of iForce. The 3PL specialist had acquired iForce for £45m using £37m in cash from its AIM flotation plus 5 million ordinary shares in Eddie Stobart Logistics for a selling shareholder at iForce. The group’s eCommerce derived revenues for the year totalled £103 million, with overall group revenue reaching £618 million.
