Rumours circulating from the cosmetics and skincare sector seem pretty certain that Space NK owner Manzanita Capital is in talks with Unilever over a sale of the retail business. Unilever owns REN skincare, Living Proof and Kate Somerville Skincare as well as global brands like Sure and Vaseline. Space NK sells both the REN Skincare and Living Proof ranges in its 60 UK stores and achieved sales of £96.4 million for the year to 25 March 2018.
