The Post Office has announced its appointment of Emma Springham to the new role of chief marketing and digital officer. Springham who joined Royal Mail’s Marketreach team in 2016 as its marketing director, had previously held senior marketing roles with Allianz, Royal Bank of Scotland and Barclays.
Springham commented: “The Post Office has been on a big change journey since separating from the Royal Mail in 2012 and the hard work shows in its 2016/17 annual report, moving into profit for the first time in 16 years.”
