Qwerkity, the direct gifts business acquired by The Book People earlier this year, has adopted the RichRelevance personalised product recommendation platform, Zen AI, with the support of Paraspar. Basket spend from those customers interacting with the technology has increased by 33 per cent and items per order are 42 per cent higher than from those not interacting with the software.
