Alex Chesterman who was behind Lovefilm and Zoopla has raised £30 million to launch a web based car sales business next summer. The business will sell and rent refurbished second-hand cars online with home delivery and a seven day return policy. The new venture will operate from the Midlands and will Chesterman says aim to disrupt the used car sector. It will start with an initial stock of several thousand cars.
