Colin Porter to exit Joules

Joules has commenced a search for a new CEO following the announcement that Colin Porter is planning to step down after five years in the role. The business which has carved out a lucrative niche in the market has enjoyed strong growth during Porter’s tenure.

Chairman Ian Filby said: “Colin has made a truly outstanding contribution to Joules since joining the business in 2010. Joules has a committed, experienced and highly skilled executive management team who, along with Colin’s successor will continue to focus on expanding Joules as a leading lifestyle brand.”

Porter was recently confirmed as a non-executive director by Moss Bros which intends for him to become chairman when Debbie Hewitt stands down in May. It is understood that he will be seeking further non-executive appointments in the future rather than taking up a full time leadership post.
