Office is the latest in a stream of retailers to appoint advisors ahead of a potential CVA. The footwear retailer has struggled of late and was also impacted by the £700,000 loss it incurred when House of Fraser entered administration. Owned by South African business Truworth International, the retailer is understood to be considering the closure of a number of its UK stores. Both Alvarez and Marsal and Deloitte have been called in to advise on the best course of action for the business.
