Boohoo is to launch a 34 piece collection created from recycled polyester in a bid to keep up with rising consumer demand for and interest in more sustainable ranges. The new garments are made in the UK from 95 per cent recycled polyester and 5 per cent elastin, using non-toxic dyes, and are being priced at between £8-£25 to make them an affordable option for customers.
Carol Kane, Boohoo co-founder said: “We are consistently listening to our customers so have been working on developing a recycled offering for some time. Boohoo acknowledges its responsibility to be a sustainable business and For the Future fashion range as the next step in that journey.”
