Jayne James has been appointed by Yodel for the role of director of international services. James was previously with Deutsche Post DHL Group. The new role sees her reporting to Sam Holden, Yodel’s chief commercial officer and working with its director of international business development Duncan Lee. The business recently opened an international office in Chengdu, China.
Holden commented: “As eCommerce becomes increasingly global, retailers need logistics partners that can deliver outstanding experiences to customers around the world. Jayne has a proven track record in global logistics and she and Duncan are ideally placed to develop and deliver our global plans and support Yodel’s growth in this area.”
