Richard Bell has been promoted from his role as chief operating officer to that of CEO at online interiors retailer Cox & Cox. Bell joined the business in 2018 having previously been customer marketing director at Charles Tyrwhitt following eleven successful years in marketing roles at Boden culminating in the position of marketing director. Since his arrival at Cox & Cox revenues have grown by 35 per cent and he is credited with applying focus to customer metrics and getting behind the launch into new product categories.
“Cox & Cox is at a very exciting stage of its journey, and I am extremely proud to be a part of it,” said Bell. Adding: “So much good work has been done in the past two years, laying a foundation for profitable growth, and ensuring we build on this momentum.”
