Hotter has appointed Claire Pearl as its chief product officer which will see Pearl assume direct control of the retailer’s range, structure and development processes. This follows the appointment of Adam Griggs as CFO as the business moves toward a restructuring of its management team.
“Claire is a key appointment for Hotter,” commented CEO Ian Watson. who joined Hotter earlier this year from Start Rite, adding: “This is a new position, and Claire will be responsible for revitalising our collection, making it more relevant for our core demographic and transforming its commerciality for the emerging, and growing, markets we are targeting internationally.”
Pearl was previously buying & merchandising director for Hobbs, having held the same position at Phase Eight and the White Company prior to that.
