Farmer owned agricultural retail group Mole Valley Farmers has named Jack Cordery as its new CEO effective May 1st. In the meantime, Cordery assumes the role of deputy CEO pending a handover from incumbent Andrew Jackson who plans to retire after 20 years during which the business has extended its ranges to appeal to country dwelling consumers beyond the farming community. Mole Valley Farmers has annual sales of over £500m and around 2000 employees spread across head office, distribution operations, and its store chain.
