In its latest bid to reduce returns, Very is trialling a new sizing feature which shows around 80 women’s Adidas and Nike garments on three different models sized 8, 14 and 18. This gives consumers a much better idea of what garments may look like when they wear them. The feature which will be launched on Very’s mobile app by the end of the year may well be extended to other ranges going forward.
Sam Perkins, managing director for retail at The Very group commented: “We sell a broad range of sizes across our sportswear and fashion ranges and want to do more to both embrace size diversity and give customers confidence in choosing the right size and fit, which they’ve told us loud and clear is a top priority.”
