Denmaur Paper, Go Inspire Group and the Specialist works have combined to donate their products and services in a drive to support a fundraising drive for the National Emergencies Trust Coronavirus Appeal. The charity was established immediately after the Grenfell fire and is set up to provide grants to small charities and non-profit groups around the UK to enable them to meet local demand for help. Working in collaboration with British Red Cross, the charity’s board is swamped with requests for support, frequently involving modest sums, and is geared up to get help out at speed to the charities and organisations which are operating services in their local communities for the vulnerable and needy. Projects supported include the distribution of food parcels to those unable to leave their homes to shop.
The three supplier organisations came together to create, print and organise the distribution of 1.5 million inserts which are going into parcel deliveries from direct and online retailers including Bloom & Wild, Hello Fresh, and Toucan Box from the 7th April.
Denmaur CEO Mike Gee said: “This collaborative effort is an exemplary demonstration of how print, paper and media continue to provide a highly relevant platform for communications.”
