Joint administrators Rick Harrison and Neil Gostelow of KPMG have announced the sale of the Dawsons Music business and its assets. It will now continue to trade as Dawsons Music and Sound Ltd, with all jobs retained, under the ownership of Andrew Oliver of Arranged Musical Options. Mr Oliver also owns Manchester based Alan Gregory Music and Musical Instruments.
Dawsons Music has six stores in Belfast, Chester, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester & Reading and also sells online.
