Alteri Investors may re-acquire Bensons for Beds in a pre-pack insolvency deal. This could well see sister brand Harveys, which was founded in the 1950s, enter administration and disappear from the high street, as there have been no parties interested in the beleaguered furniture chain.
Alteri had acquired the former Steinhoff owned Blue Group Hold Co Ltd, which operated the aforementioned Bensons and Harveys as well as Relyon, Steinhoff UK Beds and Formation Furniture last year.
