Endless, the private equity firm, has sold the Antler luggage brand to ATR Holdings. ATR is allied to Strandbags which operates in Australia and New Zealand where it is the largest luggage retailer in the region.
Endless had owned Antler since 2017 and had since driven its restructuring and turnaround via its new team.
Endless said: “Antler has made fantastic progress after reorganising its underlying operations and transforming its offering, leaving it well placed for longer-term scaling and growth. We are delighted that ATR has chosen to invest in this iconic global brand and we wish the purchaser and all of Antler’s employees a highly successful future.”
