Zalando has reported annual revenues of £3.15 billion, an increase of 19.6 per cent, in a year which saw it grow its active customer base to 34 million.
“In the past months we have proven the strength and agility of Zalando in many ways, no matter how challenging the environment,” said CFO David Schroeder. “We have come out of the first wave of this pandemic stronger than we went into it as a result of our strategic clarity, our strong partnerships and an extraordinary team effort.”
The online giant has been steadily recruiting additional brand partners who are also benefiting from increased sales of their products.
