GO Outdoors has completed the acquisition of leading equestrian retailer, Naylors Equestrian.
As part of the deal, Naylors Equestrian will continue to operate through its existing website and three stores in Rochdale, Nantwich and Cannock. Over the coming months, Naylors concessions will begin to be introduced into GO Outdoors megastores.
GO Outdoors, sells ranges including camping gear, outdoor clothing and footwear, across 66 stores in the UK. The outdoors retailer was acquired by JD Sports from administrators earlier this year, in a deal worth £56.5m (see Direct Commerce news story).
Commenting on the Naylors acquisition, Lee Bagnall, GO Outdoors chief executive said: “At GO Outdoors we are committed to offering our customers the best choice of gear for every outdoor activity whether that be walking, camping, cycling, climbing and fishing. With Naylors Equestrian now joining the GO family we will be able to offer our customers an even better, exciting range of equestrian products.”
