Steve Cochrane, owner of Pysche for 38 years, has agreed a sale of the fashion retail business to Frasers Group. The deal sees Cochrane staying on along with the 58 employees of Pysche and the 40,000 sq.ft. Middlesborough store continues to trade once Covid-19 restrictions are eased. Pysche sells high-end luxury brands for men, women and children.
Cochrane commented: “Merging with Frasers Group will allow us to grow and expand. It will give us economies of scale and efficiencies by being part of a large plc.”
