Lounge which markets relaxed clothing and underwear is to take up additional space at Blythe Gate, Solihull for its new headquarters. 1 Blythe Gate is a 53,000 sq.ft. office building which Lounge will use as its HQ meaning that it can increase capacity in its distribution facility to 37,000 sq.ft. by taking up the space it had previously used for offices. The business forecasts that its annual sales will be up by 250 per cent, to over £50m, in its 20-21 FY.
