Deichmann, the multichannel footwear retailer, has agreed terms to lease a 163,500 sq ft purpose-built warehouse, with offices, in Corby from Clowes Developments. It will retain its head office in Leicestershire.
Deichmann director Chris Holden said: “We are continuing to expand our presence in the UK both online and opening new high street stores. This development will enhance that expansion and enable us to improve service levels across the business. We believe Corby is a great location for our UK warehouse, being close to the centre of our store network and providing a skilled workforce for logistics operations.”
