Jigsaw attracts £27m offer

Fashion retailer Jigsaw is understood to have received an offer from former McArthurGlen managing director Henrik Madsen. Madsen who now operates a consultancy HMJ International is currently seeking investment for his plan which would see Jigsaw expand its online activities and develop further licensing deals.

Jigsaw which is majority owned by David Ross (ex-Carphone Warehouse) has had a troubled time of it lately with store closures, a CVA, the loss of six board members, and suffered significant losses during the various lockdowns.
