Peter Pritchard who has been with Pets at Home since 2011 and as CEO since March 2018 is to leave the retailer next summer. He will leave with an impressive track record having made his mark with major investments in the retailer’s digital channel as well as overseeing its move into pet services including veterinary clinics and grooming salons. Pets at Home also now operates a very successful customer loyalty scheme which boasts 6.5 million active members. The business has commenced its search for a successor.
