Logistics specialist Clipper has announced its acquisition of CE Repair Services Group BV, a Dutch electrical repairs company, subject to completion of formalities. CE Repair was founded in 1984 and operates across Benelux.
The deal will help Clipper to build upon its electronic product repair capabilities which form part of its value-added returns services to retailers. Clipper has repaired over a million electrical products during the past year.
