ProCook, the multichannel kitchenware specialist has generated £23.1m for the 12 weeks to 9 January 2022, a 34.6 per cent increase on the previous year and a rise of 104.1 per cent on a two-year like-for-like basis. The business had opened two new stores at Westfield London Stratford and London White City and said that it had remained well stocked throughout the period due to having invested to ensure inventory availability during sector-wide supply chain disruption.
