Magmatic, the manufacturer behind the Trunki ride-on suitcases brand has partnered with Europa Worldwide Group’s Europa Flow operation to speed exports of its products. The business led by Rob Law is targeting European growth for its UK made range and by using Europa Flow to take care of customs declaration and duties is resolving many of the border delay issues it had been experiencing post-Brexit.
Philip Prophett, warehouse manager said: “These transit delays were immensely challenging, so we began to explore alternative solutions.
“Europa Flow gave us the confidence to expand our customer base on the continent once again because we knew we could get our products there without any glitches. Trunki very much sees Europa as a partner, not just as a supplier to the brand. Time is invested in understanding our processes, lead times, and relationships with key marketplace platforms such as Amazon.”
Since launching Europa Flow in 2021, the business has more than doubled the number of transactions it is handling.
