The Bazaar Group which specialises in the design and manufacture of beanbags and soft furnishings has agreed funding for a manufacturing and distribution hub in Germany to support its growing number of customers across mainland Europe. The business was launched seventeen years ago and sells via eBay, Amazon and Wayfair.
CEO Mark Dolder said: “This is another exciting phase for the Bazaar Group. Our initial partnership with Comhar Capital fuelled our ambitions and gave us the confidence to grow the business. The European expansion project, with the added support from HSBC, is a significant step in consolidating our position in the European market.”
