Wilko is to offer a click-and-collect service for the first time at all of its stores nationwide. This service forms part of the everyday household and garden retailer’s continued focus on offering customers more flexible ways to shop and on extending its omnichannel offering. Free collection is offered on all orders, and items will be ready to retrieve in-store within three hours.
Other additions and changes to Wilko’s shopper experience include: pick a day and/or time delivery, creating third party parcel collection points at selected stores across the country, reducing the price of home delivery options and introducing Klarna as a payment option on wilko.com.

We continue to refine the Wilko shopping experience, with more customer improvements to launch in the coming months.”
