Online furniture retailer Furniturebox has posted annual sales of £16.7 million for 2022 following a period of strong growth. The business which has around 50 staff moved recently into a newly completed 88,000 sq.ft. HQ in Chippenham and is now set to target further UK growth as well as international markets. It is currently exploring opportunities in the USA and Germany.
Founder Monty George said: “We feel that we can roll out in other markets – in America, Germany and elsewhere. In the furniture industry, there aren’t really any other eCommerce companies doing the same thing as us.”
