Top Online Partners Group (TOPG) which owns Top Cashback, has acquired Refunder which is Sweden’s largest cashback provider. TOPG took a stake in Refunder in 2021 as part of an agreement to fully acquire the business by 2024.
The Swedish business will remain independent under TOPG’s ownership with existing teams at Refunder and Bast-I-Test, its consumer products testing offshoot, remaining in place including co-founders Fredrick Ohlsson and Victor Dahlberg.
This acquisition adds to the group’s TopCashBack sites across the UK, USA, China, France, Germany and Australia which between them boast 21 million members.
