THG has reportedly been approached by Frasers Group which is interested in acquiring ProBikeKit. THG said in April that it was set to close ProBikeKit in order to focus fully on its beauty and nutrition brands.
Frasers Group already has the Evans cycling store chain and ProBikeKit would be complementary to this.
