Frasers Group has moved to increase its stake in boohoo to 15.12 per cent whilst the share price remains low. This latest move leaves Frasers Group owning more of the boohoo business than its co-founder Mahmud Kamani who has a 12.9 per cent stake.
boohoo had earlier warned that its full-year revenues could slip by as much as 17 per cent and has been focused on a drive to achieve £125m savings across the business.
