US private equity firm Wind Point Partners has acquired Assisi Pet Care Group for an disclosed sum.
Assisi Pet Care was founded in 2020 by Peter Mangion and specialises in the transformational acquisition, management and organic growth of pet care, food and related companies. It currently owns five brands and offers private-label products.
