Frasers Group has appointed Michael Lennon and Benjamin Wiles of Kroll Advisory as administrators to two of the childrenswear businesses it acquired from JD Sports in December 2022.
Base Childrenswear was rebranded by Frasers as Flannels Junior and has four stores, while Kids Cavern has three stores, one of which has also been rebranded as Flannels Junior.
Closing down sales are underway in all of the stores, and 50 jobs are at risk.
