Space NK, a high-end beauty products retailer owned by Manzanita Capital, is understood to be exploring a sale of all or part of its business. This would take place later this year, coinciding with the opening of four or more additional stores in the UK and Ireland.
The business, founded in 1993 by Nicky Kinnaird, posted revenues of £146.6m for FY23, which was 23 per cent up on the previous year. It has claimed to have increased this by a further 32 per cent for FY24.
