Branded toys specialist Sambro International which markets branded soft toys, outdoor play and crafts ranges under licence for characters including those from Frozen, Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol and Spiderman, has been acquired by HTI Group.
HTI Group is a global supplier of childrens toys and games, with the acquisition making it the largest privately owned toy company in the UK, with annual sales of over £120m.

Both companies will continue to operate fom their respective UK locations.
