Matches set to relaunch under new ownership in 2026

Matches and clothing line Raey have been acquired by Hulcan, which operates MILE, an exclusive member-only luxury shopping app, from Frasers Group.

Commenting on LinkedIn Joe Wilkinson, Co-Founder at Hulcan, said: “We’re excited to share a big milestone. Following strong growth over the past 18 months since launching MILE, we’ve secured $150m to launch Hulcan (hulcan.com), a new luxury group, and acquired MATCHES FASHION and RAEY. (Which we’ll relaunch in 2026!)

We’re bringing brands, media, and technology together into a single ecosystem built for the future of luxury.

Our plans for the relaunch of Matches & Raey will follow in the new year.”
