Prezzybox overhauls site


Prezzybox, which first launched a website in 2001, recently
completed a six-month re-design project. “We have enhanced
the site to include a number of customer-centric features such as
order tracking, customer reviews, a wish list feature and gift
reminder service,” said managing director, Zak Edwards. The
company has also improved the shopping cart facility and
redesigned its navigation structure. “Our overall goal was
to increase conversion rate and ultimately increase sales,”
added Edwards. “It’s difficult to attribute a certain
percentage growth on sales to the site redesign, but year-to-date
we are seeing a 66.5 per cent growth on 2005 figures.”
