Decor cataloguer Oka Direct has reorganised its management
structure, promoting finance director Tracey Alston to managing
director. Cofounding director Annabel Astor continues as chief
executive focusing on the creative side of the business,
incorporating design, buying, catalogue, and marketing. The
appointment sees Alston and Lady Astor working together on
strategy and expansion plans, which include strengthening Oka’s
UK presence as well as taking the business overseas to Europe and
the Middle East.
